About Dr. Lester
Dr. Paige Reynolds Lester is a native of Jasper, Alabama. She attended the University of Alabama, where she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Biology. She graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2002, where she studied in the Esthetics Honors Program and received the Sigma Epsilon Delta Fraternity Award for Outstanding Ability in Esthetics.
Through Sleep Better Alabama, the dental sleep division of Healthy Smiles of Birmingham, Dr. Lester helps patients who snore or live with obstructive sleep apnea find relief with custom oral appliance therapy, including many who could not tolerate CPAP. She takes time to understand each patient’s symptoms, health and lifestyle, and works alongside physicians and sleep specialists when needed.
Dr. Lester says what she loves most about dentistry is the great feeling she gets when she can truly help a patient in need of care. For sleep patients, that often means hearing that they feel rested for the first time in years.

Outside the office
When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lester enjoys time with her husband, Todd, and their two children, Caroline and Ryan. Her pastimes include boating, Alabama athletics, traveling, reading and charitable work.
